The Assessment Session is a formalised meeting to find out if there is a good match between us and also the approach I offer.
Personal Therapy: £40.00 per 55 minute hour
Supervision: £40.00 per 60 minute hour
Note: Fees are negotiable with trainees.
Practice Location
All sessions that are face to face including individual DMP or movement based personal therapy take place in a private, confidential, professionally appointed counselling room located on the ground floor of a residential home where I live.
Upon entering the front door, all doors to other rooms are kept closed and clearly marked as “Private”. There is access to a toilet, if necessary and required.
The practice location is in North Coventry, the actual address is given once an appointment is booked and paid for.
PLEASE NOTE
I work a 55 minute therapeutic hour. Payment is by cash or electronic payment at the beginning of or before each session respectively unless agreed otherwise.
For new clients, I would ask that you pay by electronic payment first in order to have a booking confirmed. My fees reflect the costs of professional membership fees, continuing professional development, supervision, public liability and indemnity insurance, personal tax and insurance, administration and any room hire if applicable.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Should you no longer require your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. I have an answerphone service for messages on my mobile to be left at any time – I charge in full for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or failed to attend.
However, in certain circumstances, this fee may be waived or reduced, but that will be at my discretion. You will be expected to respect any decision made regarding charges.
